Thermographic Testing is one of the tool to identify leakage in the building. The thermal camera can be used to localize air leakage as long as there is temperature difference between inside and outside. At the time of thermal scanning, the building shall be either pressurized or depressurized in order to find more leakage spots. Inspections using infrared thermography will help in detecting problems and allow for repairs. It is a non-destructive technique that provides a thermal image of the target object surface. This inspection, made without physical contact, and causes no damage to the element.
